You can’t open a daily newspaper or magazine without pieces on insomnia or sleep deprivation.
The sleep industry is booming and with it a deluge of products, designs and technology emerges all the time. Being trained in the art of sleep yoga or yoga nidra I have a good grounding and understanding of what is needed to help people fall asleep. I like to work with Neuroscientists and sleep coaches too.
Frankly even the top sleep experts are divided on numerous key issues about sleep - but it’s important to be aware of the competing views here.
